The Mind-Body Shift research and study 2025
Do you experience anxiety and stress, high blood pressure and do you already enjoy meditating?
We are inviting a number of people to participate in a 21-day guided meditation study designed to support your wellbeing.
This study will be available on an ad hoc basis, with the final start date being 1st August 2025.
We want to show how guided meditation can support the reduction of anxiety, balance blood pressure and create a shift in Levels of Consciousness.

- Dedicate 20/30 minutes each day for 21 consecutive days to complete the exercises provided.
- Document your observations and provide daily reports (a short questionnaire).
- Monitor your blood pressure every day throughout the process.
We will provide you with
- Guided meditations to listen to
- Short rituals to carry out
- Questionnaires to complete
- Measurements of your Levels of Consciousness (independently measured)
