Relevant to this meditation is the constellation known as Crux or Southern Cross. Crux means Cross in Latin. It is located at the southern end of the Milky Way. The information in this meditation relates to Claudius Ptolemy identifying the constellation Crux Centaurus. Remember he also came to us when we wrote Dancing with Dragonfly. Centaurus represents half horse, half human, connected to Sagittarius which brings the essence of courage, raw power, physical strength, wild nature and endurance.
The Kaurna people from the Adelaide Plains also wanted to be part of this meditation. They spoke Atlantean. The Kaurna are an ancient tribe of aboriginal people and will help you to bridge a gap between the earthly (primal instincts) and divine realms (higher consciousness). They were known to use dance, song, art and storytelling to connect to divine.
