You will be provided with a personal Journal which you will update throughout the course.

- Moving on from heavy belief systems
- Learning to be free from energetic cords
- Shadow work and archetypes to find your hidden power
- Guided meditation with movement and music
- Interpreting dream messages
Requirements
- Once a week, for 3 weeks, you will need to attend a group practical class (4 hrs). These classes are important as they lay the foundation of the work you need to practice in the coming weeks.
- Once a week you have an optional one-to-one online progress development meeting.
- In between you just need to enjoy practicing.
