Terms & Conditions
Once you take an advert, article or listing with us, you are agreeing to all our T&C's unconditionally.
- All requests including payments and hard copy prints are to be received by the 'Advert deadlines' date as stated above. If not, we cannot guarantee that your listing will appear in the edition you requested. It is not our responsibility to follow up with you on any late submissions.

- To submit your payment, click on this link. Wholesale print requests and premium position requests will be invoiced separately.
- The Design Team will design your listing in-house, choosing the most appropriate images, if none are provided. If you want your article displayed in an exact way, you can send us your own display article in a jpg or png format via email ([email protected]). Ensure you have the right dimensions for the listing you have ordered.
- The Advertiser will receive a proof of any in-house created designs, details of which must be agreed upon within a maximum of 3 proofs.
- All listings are subject to the Chief Editor's approval.
- Any information, images, photographs etc provided by you must be your own or royalty-free. If in the future any legal issues occur due to copyright infringement, you as the provider and Advertiser will be wholly and completely liable and ultimately responsible for any costs incurred. Proof of purchase or ownership of the image may be requested by the Design Team.
- Any cancellations to annually purchased listings will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and future editions refunded. Note that the month in which the cancellation was received, will be deducted from the refund and an admin fee of £20 added.
- We can decide at any time to withdraw from publishing any listing that we feel is not accurate, honest or authentic.
- You will be subscribed to the full Love 2 Meditate newsletter, plus the 'Advertisers' mailing list when you place an advert,
- We will continuously advertise pages on social media. We encourage advertisers to 'like' our Facebook page 'love2meditate' and 'alchemicalvoice' so that we are able to 'tag' you to your articles.
- We will always aim to publish the digital magazine and produce the hard copies for sale by the dates listed. We shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the magazine due to Force Majeure.
