We want your voice to be heard

We welcome all types of articles, to give you an idea, our themes generally cover

• spiritual and holistic services (practitioners, holistic retail)
• health and wellbeing (exercise, healthy advice on food and eating habits)
• holistic design, beauty and home care (plant based skin care and makeup, craft, home-made products, recycling, upcycling, painting, art)
• insights (oracle card, poem, forecasts, rituals, ceremonies)

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any of these listings you agree to the following terms and conditions

T&C's

• All requests including payments and hard copy orders are to be received by the 'Advert deadlines' date as stated above. If not, we cannot guarantee that your listing will appear in the edition you requested.
• You confirm you will not send us any articles you have submitted elsewhere or you will advise us who it has been sent to and when..
• You agree that you will not share the article on social networks or any public forum before the edition has been published.
• When sharing your article, you agree to tagging Love 2 Meditate (owner of Alchemical Voice magazine). All social media accounts are set up as Love 2 Meditate.
• To submit your listing details, please complete the above form.
• An invoice will be sent to you.
• Once payment is made, the Design Team will format your listing in-house, choosing the most appropriate images, if none were provided. If you want your article displayed in a specific way, you can send us your own display article in a jpg format via email ([email protected]). Ensure you have the right dimensions for the listing you have ordered.
• The Design Team will send a design proof to the advertiser, all details must be agreed within a maximum of 3 proofs.
• All listings are subject to the Chief Editor's approval.
• Any information, images, photographs etc provided by you must be your own or royalty-free. If in the future any legal issues occur due to copyright infringement, you as the provider will be wholly liable and ultimately responsible for any costs incurred. Proof of purchase or ownership of the image may be requested.
• We cannot guarantee any adverts or articles will be published if received after the 'Advert deadline' date.
• Any cancellations to annually purchased listings will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and future editions refunded. Note that the month in which the cancellation was received, will be deducted and an admin fee of £20 added.
• We can decide at any time to withdraw from publishing any listing that we feel is not accurate, honest or authentic.
• You will be subscribed to the full Love 2 Meditate newsletter mailing list when you advertise, plus the 'Advertisers' mailing list.
• We will advertise pages on social media. We encourage advertisers to 'like' our Facebook page 'love2meditate' and 'alchemicalvoice' so that we are able to 'tag' you to your articles.
• We will always aim to publish the digital magazine and produce the hard copies for sale by the dates listed. We shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the magazine due to Force Majeure.
