Requirements

• Once a week you will need to attend a group practical class (4 hrs). These classes are important as they lay the foundation of the work you need to practice in the coming weeks.
• Once a week you have an option to having a one-to-one online progress development meeting.
• In between you just need to enjoy practicing.

You will be provided with a personal Journal which you will update throughout the course.

Min of 2 and max of 6 attendees
Duration of this journey: 3 x 4hr sessions, held within a 3 week period

T&Cs

1. Payment is to be made in full, one month before the course start date. Invoices will be sent out for BACS transfer payment.
2. Any money paid is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3. Please bring your own refreshments. 
4. As per the venue's request, we ask that you do not bring one-use plastic products to the course.
5. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket for your comfort when lying down. If you are not able to, let us know in advance.
6. It will be your responsibility to bring yourself up to date using the course books provided, should you not be able to attend a certain date to unforeseen or unplanned circumstances.
