Bringing your Soul Mission to Life
In this fabulous 2 hour workshop we look at the following five phases
This workshop is powerful and shows you how you can align yourself with your soul mission.
We begin the workshop with creating an energy field/gateway with Mother Earth called a heartbeam. Earth is a living being that has been created to provide human beings with everything they need to live with: air, water, food and all natural materials. So when we connect in an energetic way to Mother Earth, the energy is intensified. This exercise is both grounding and uplifting - a good opening to the session.
You will then be given time to create your vision board. You will be asked to bring with you lots of images and words that you are drawn to. The pictures can be related to home, health, family, play, spirituality, leisure, friendship, romance etc. You will be given some tools to help you to create your vision board.
The next two stages: opening up your Soulstar and manifesting the energy of your mission throughout your chakras is done in a private session within the workshop using Integrated Energy Therapy. Each person will bring their vision board to another room and lie on a couch. You will then be asked to focus on all the elements you have attached to your board. This part of the session involves a soulstar connection, to help you remember what your soul's mission is and also to clear the way for you to live your soul's mission. The soul mission is then aligned with your chakras. After this private session, you may feel drawn to changing or fine-tuning things on your vision board.
We will end with a meditation that will help you to actualise your mission. This meditation will connect heart to heart with your soulcluster (the hearts of other souls who are here to help you bring your mission into fruition). Using your heart's energy you will begin to pull other souls closer and closer to you so they sit in your energy field.
Because you are working with your highest good, you are sending an invitation for the specific visions on your vision board to come to you, or something even better.
If you put the work in, you can aim as high as you feel is right for you. Something amazing can happen!
