Before I started meditation with Jovi, I used to be very restless and short tempered. After a few sessions, I felt at peace and I actually have to make an effort to get angry.
I find meditation to be a great benefit in helping me to live in the present moment.
I have been meditating at home by myself but I find group meditation with Jovi much more effective, powerful and relaxing.
Jovi's meditation technique is unique. She is drumming beforehand. I find this so relaxing, listening to the calm sound of the drum, very stress reducing so I already feel at ease and completely relaxed and ready to go into a deeper state of relaxation.
I would highly recommend meditation to everybody as it benefits of a wide spectrum of issues, particularly Jovi's meditation as I find her methods the most effective over all my many years of meditation experience.
