LUNAR SOUND IMMERSION
A very good friend of mine described this 1hr group workshop as having a full body exfoliation for the spirit.
We will be working with sound frequencies and aromatherapy essential oils so you truly experience the holistic and wonderful effects in full surround style!
You will be taken on a guided meditation journey leading you in to a gentle immersion of sounds. You will hear shamanic drumming, sound bowl, tibetan bowl, chimes, tingsha bells, asian gong all resonating at different high energy frequencies.
