A great meditation to ease and support you if you are struggling with pain in your body (Fibromyalgia, ME, Hashimoto Disease, and similar).
We investigated the energetic and spiritual reasons for why you may be having pain in your body with no apparent reason or cause for an injury like an accident.
We discovered the reason is from a past life (when you were living in the Pegasus constellation). At that time there was war and fear, with lots of pain and suffering. You were an empath at that time and you absorbed all the hardship, trauma and stress the planet and beings endured and you managed to absorb all the suffering within every cell of your being.
You are most likely an empath in this lifetime however these traits may not be obvious because of the severity of the trauma you witnessed. You may also be struggling with a lot of suppressed rage which is just an after-effect of the pain you have not managed to release and that's only because you didn't know how to.
It's time to let go of it now...

Cuckoo appears in the meditation to bring in new blossoming love and hope. A specific tone has been embedded to help with releasing pain. Eagle is with you throughout with whom you will connect deeply, bringing in protection, strength and visions.
