From the Power series of meditations, the final stage in your spiritual journey, learn how to master the power of Eagle. Meeting power animals as guides is a key part of bringing shamanic influences into your life. Through this meditation you can tap into the beautiful characteristics and power that Eagle, connected to Great Spirit, has; raising your spiritual connection. You will find guidance and balance by raising yourself above the world, soaring like the Eagle.
After connecting to Eagle, it is recommended you also listen to Connect with your Power Animal. It gives you a chance to connect to your own personal powers with their assistance. We all have more than one power animal with us, bringing to us protection, healing and guidance. Perhaps you will find that Eagle is one of your own power animals, whose help, power and intuition you can draw upon to support your own.
There is no limit to how often you can listen to Flying with Eagle meditation. You will explore and experience different things each time. It is encouraged to spend time in nature as a good way of tuning into Earth's energy and opening up to hearing messages from the animals around us.
