To be able to have the abundance of love, happiness, peace, wealth etc in your life, you need to be able to appreciate things, be aware, present and grounded. The Elements meditation helps you to achieve the gratitude and grounding.
You then go further and Raise your Vibrations - to align you to your highest self, thereby allowing all the lovely goodness to be attracted to you.
