Cancellation policy
If a session is cancelled within one month of the scheduled date, a £25 fee will be charged to cover incurred costs. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a full-price cancellation fee, unless the appointment can be fulfilled at short notice.
