I really didn’t know what to expect from the group past life regression therapy as I had never tried anything like this before. Walking into the room I immediately felt Jovi's warmth and felt at ease straightaway. I loved the aromatherapy oils that were burning and this added to the experience for me. The guided meditation allowed my mind and body to switch off and enter into a deep state of relaxation, so deep in fact, I couldn’t even lift my arms up off the floor. I felt very calm afterwards, as though any stress or tension I was holding onto were completely released. Having a discussion afterwards was really helpful as we were able to go through our regression experience and discuss thoughts, feelings and meanings. Having now tried past life regression therapy I would love to attend another session and would highly recommend Jovi
