The Location Brooklands Barn, near Arundel was specifically chosen due to the high quality of detail in the barn conversion. Set in the exquisite South Downs National Park. As soon as you step into the space you can feel the beautiful relaxing calming energies flowing throughout. There is an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna available for you to use. Wellbeing for the Soul This retreat encompasses group exercises to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing. We invite you to take a step towards your personal spiritual wellbeing and escalate your growth and inner power. We will take you to a place where you can relax, escape and bring gentle transformation to your whole self. Group sessions will include:

Shamanic Journeying: Learn the step-by-step basic technique of doing shamanic journeying. How you can seek guidance from transcended enlightened beings, receive insights and healing. You will learn to travel into and explore the non-ordinary reality of the Shaman's world, connect with your spirit guide in human and animal form.
Shamanic Drumming Meditation: Experience a shamanic meditation where you will be taken on a guided journey. You will feel the healing vibrations of the shamanic drum. helping you to reach the theta brainwave level - the optimum level to be in when wanting to relax.
Qigong: The gentle but powerful Qigong sessions will enhance your mental and physical health. Qigong is a combination of meditative and physical movements to help you open the flow of energy in the meridians (energy lines), connecting you to your Life Force Energy resulting in complete balancing.
Walking Meditation: Slow down, connect with every part of that moment you are in - be in the here and now with this gentle walking meditation.
Chakra Meditation: A lovely guided meditation to help cleanse and balance your chakras. Something we should all do on a regular basis!
Healing Mandala creation: A joint collaboration by everyone joining the retreat. We will create our own unique and very special healing mandala. We will channel symbols, patterns, images and using lots of colourful crayons/pens extract them onto a giant mandala.
Swimming enhancement techniques: We will have our very own qualified and experienced swimming instructor ready to help you with any swimming techniques. If you have never swam before and you want to give it a go - you will be in very good hands with us. These lessons are included in the price so feel free to take advantage of it.
