At the end of any private session, I talk about an integration period. I ask the client to keep in touch. It's important for you to receive support after the healing session. The healing does not stop as soon as the session ends, in fact it's like switching on a 'reset' button - changes will flow and you will continue to experience improvements exponentially. The healing you receive may produce a very unique and powerful emotional reaction within. All I ask is that you allow yourself to deal with it in your own way and in your own time. There is no right or wrong way and most times these ‘releases’ are unpredictable and unplanned, which may result in you feeling ‘out of sorts’. So always stay in touch with me so I can advise you on how to make things easier. Sometimes it may require further investigative work to find out if there is an external influence interfering and preventing you from making the good changes - yes, unfortunately this may happen. It's important to allow time for the work to settle in. In order for you to make changes and grow you need to release the old to make room for the new. If you hold on to something for too long, it becomes highly toxic and can trigger an illness. If you haven't been able to deal with a matter or let go of an issue quickly, you are not allowing yourself to accept the whole of you. Do you ever feel that if you ignore a tricky situation or suppress an awkward feeling, it will just go away? Unfortunately and quite understandably, any suppressed emotion or feeling will eventually get fed up of being pushed down and become resentful. Then one day, your anger will emerge from nowhere, like an active volcano wanting to erupt. All of a sudden you may feel a bout of anger, perhaps about something that has previously never bothered you. You won't know why you reacted this way and you won't understand where it came from, resulting in you suppressing and rejecting part of yourself even more because you don't like what is happening. The root of the issue may have been from over 20 years ago which by pushing it away, you have successfully managed to erase only from your memory. In fact, by not dealing with the matter sooner, all that has happened is that the energy has changed shape, form and vibration... I am now discovering that it is not uncommon to visit more than one past life in every session in order to align and balance emotional timelines that are affecting the here and now. Your body is constantly trying to communicate with you and because you may not have 'heard' or dealt with the initial subtle messages, it starts getting louder, becoming more physical, it begins to 'shout' to get the message across, by using pain and illness. All your body is saying is that there is an imbalance of energies that needs to be addressed. Examples of what could cause disharmony -

When you have a session, energies start adjusting, needing to re-align and harmonise. We may have awakened parts that have possibly lain dormant for a long time. Blockages may have been removed, unhealthy energetic cords detached, spells and psychic attacks dissolved, so you can open up and allow your personal energy to flow easily, bringing in love and happiness. These adjustments are what causes the after effects. Whatever happens - accept it. Do not connect any kind of reaction to feeling ‘bad’ or ‘negative’. All the emotions you feel are part of you, make sure you accept the whole of you. Do remember, as mentioned before - if you do experience adverse affects that are causing extreme reactions, opposite to what actually happened during the session, then talk to me about it. Most times, clients report back to me that changes have occurred almost immediately and they never experienced any unusual reactions. Live with high morals and integrity and speak from your heart. Look at your belief systems, are they healthy, are they transferred to you from your parents or peer groups? Always drink lots of water, this helps to remove toxins, reduce and eliminate any symptoms quickly. Be kind and gentle to yourself Be authentic and true to yourself Respect yourself Be proud of yourself for making good decisions At the end of your session, an intention is held for you to continue to grow spiritually and gain an even deeper connection to your higher self.
